Self Pay at the Easy Access Clinic

Jennie Joseph strongly believes in price transparency and has created the following price list so that you know what to expect. Whether you choose a package price or prefer to pay per visit we will make sure that you receive the best care and services that we have to offer.

Ultrasounds at the Easy Access Clinic for Self Pay patients.

We offer on site ultrasounds/sonograms for a reasonable price so that you cam schedule a check on your baby any time. We also offer diagnostic scans to review your baby’s anatomy and check for growth and development around 20 weeks of gestation. Anytime there is any concern we offer on site diagnostic ultrasounds or we will provide a prescription for you to be seen at any local hospital or radiology center for additional scanning.

PRICES:

‘Entertainment’ Ultrasound with pictures (not diagnostic) $60

Diagnostic Ultrasound with radiologist report $80

*Please check with your insurance company if you prefer to use insurance for your ultrasound needs.

Hospital Delivery Options for Self Pay Patients

Hospital Delivery Service Packages (with payment plans) with our OB doctors at Winnie Palmer Hospital, or Advent Health Women’s Center, Orlando.

Our affordable packages for prenatal and postpartum care at our clinic and with delivery by pre-arranged, on-call OB physicians at local hospitals will cover all of your outpatient maternity care costs, labs and sonogram up to 6 weeks postpartum. Please note that ALL HOSPITAL FEES are separate from our care and our fees, and you should make arrangements with the hospital of your choice directly for your labor and delivery and newborn costs.

Hospital Delivery Package – includes all prenatal, postpartum, labs, sonogram. Hospital fees are separate  $2000 (payment plans available – please ask)

Natural Birth Options for Self Pay Patients

Considering a natural birth? We believe in supporting moms and families to be empowered during their pregnancy and birth. YOU CHOOSE where and how you deliver your baby, and so we offer the option to deliver at  our natural birth and water birth center, The Birth Place, in Winter Garden, Florida with our midwives and doulas.

For more details check out our website www.thebirthplace.org or ask our staff at any time. We offer a 50% discount for uninsured patients at the Easy Access Clinic and a low price for the ‘Facility Fee’ for Medicaid patients (Medicaid and Managed Care Medicaid does not cover the birth center facility fee – please check with your insurance). We know how difficult it is to find a maternity care provider in Central Florida. Not everyone takes Medicaid/Managed Care coverage, or is willing to work with self-pay patients for a reasonable price. Additionally, if you are advanced in your pregnancy, whether you have prenatal records or not, most providers will not accept you.

Our goal is to calm your concerns, get you seen and set up for your delivery as soon as possible – we will not turn anyone away, thats why we are called the “Easy Access” Clinic!
